Ashley brings more than a dozen years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President, Employee Engagement Lead, at Edelman. Ashley and her team of dedicated employee engagement experts manage clients across a spectrum of sectors including financials, healthcare, manufacturing and information technology – partnering closely with them to develop the strategies, tactics and tools they need to effectively inform, engage and inspire their key internal stakeholders.
 
Prior to Edelman, Ashley held an internal communications leadership position at Ernst & Young. While there, she worked closely with her partners, marketing colleagues, human resources and other key internal stakeholders to provide strategic counsel, develop internal communications, create engagement programs and execute events.
 
Ashley began her career as a television reporter and producer before transitioning to public relations at non-profit organizations, including the American Red Cross. Ashley graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a B.S. in broadcasting and a minor in political science.
